Crow grew up at Redhead and has some old photos of surfing and scenery and Rock Bands from the 70’s from around the Newcastle area and also some more recent photos. I have been surfing since 1963 and still as keen as I ever was.
The name Crow’s Garage comes from My nick name “Crow” and I did have a Crow’s Garage – at my old place I had a huge garage that we used to hang in and it also had a dark room set up in it to develop my black & white film, but the name is also a tribute to Frank Zappa’s Joes Garage, on which the song “Watermelon in Easter Hay” is my favourite guitar solo.
